Grace Outreach donates food to needy in Durham
There was a generous outpouring of support for those who may be struggling through the pandemic. Grace Outreach ministry hosted a food and clothing drive on Gary Street in Durham on Saturday.
WITHIN REACH OF A RANGE OF INCOMES. >>> WITH A VERY GENEROUS OUTPOURING OF SUPPORT OF THOSE WHO MAY BE STRUGGLING THROUGH THE PANDEMIC TODAY. GRACE OUTREACH MINISTRY POSTED A FOOD AND CLOTHING DRIVE AT GARY STREET IN DURHAM TODAY. IN JUST A FEW HOURS THEY PROVIDED TWO WEEKS, TWO WEEKS SUPPLY OF GROCERIES TO NEARLY 300 FAMILIES. >> THERE IS FOOD INSECURITY ALL OVER DURHAM. IT'S IN POCKETS. THERE ARE PARTS THAT ARE GROWING AND THRIVING, BUT THERE ARE PARTS THAT IS ALMOST FORGOTTEN. WE WANT TO EXPAND AND TAKE CARE OF THOSE AREAS. >> THE GROUP DONATES MILLS MONTHLY AND WORKS WITH THE FOOD BANK OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN CAROLINA TO FEED SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN.
