'Goodbye kisses': Ala. vet office's emotional Facebook post goes viral
When an Alabama veterinary office posted a photo of a chocolate jar filled with Hershey's kisses for dogs about to be euthanized, people went crazy for the idea.

"This jar is reserved for our euthanasia appointments ... because no dog should go to Heaven without tasting chocolate," the post reads.
A staff member designed the jar, and the team was shocked at the amount of attention the post received.
"Wow! We did not expect a post to become so viral! Thank you everyone so much for your support and love. We love our patients so much," another post read.
The post quickly became full of comments from people who recently had to put their dogs to sleep.
Chocolate should not be given to other dogs.
According to the American Kennel Club, "chocolate is toxic to dogs, and depending on the type and amount of chocolate consumed and the weight of your dog, it could cause a serious medical emergency."
