— Goldsboro police officers are trying to identify two men who robbed a Pantry convenience store early Tuesday.

The men entered the store, at 901 W. Grantham St., at about 4 a.m.

Both men – one of whom had a handgun – went across the counter and forcefully took money from the cash register, police said.

The men were described as black, in their late teens to early 20s and both appeared to be tall and skinny, police said. They left in a white, four-door vehicle.
