— Goldsboro police hope a surveillance video can lead them to a convenience store robber they believe hit four stores in the last four weeks

Surveillance video from the most recent robbery at a Wilco gas station Thursday night shows the assailant grabbing the clerk and shoving her to the floor.

Clerks have been attacked in the three other robberies, but none of them were seriously hurt, police said.

The robberies began at the Kangaroo Store, in the 1600 block of East Ash Street on May 11 at 10:05 p.m. and the Eckerd Drug Store at the corner of Herman and Ash Street on May 15 at 9:22 p.m. The perpetrator returned to the Kangaroo station on 20 and May 29, police said.

Anyone with information about these robberies or the identity of the assailant should contact Crime Stoppers at 919-735-2255 or the Goldsboro Police Department at 919-580-4214.
