Goldsboro police identify remains
Police announced Friday that the body, discovered in an abandoned house, belonged to Ricky Glenn Person, 46.
Posted — UpdatedGOLDSBORO, N.C. — Goldsboro police and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner used medical and dental records to identify the human remains found at 201-C Fedelon Trail on July 4.
Police announced Friday that the body, discovered in an abandoned house, belonged to Ricky Glenn Person, 46. An autopsy shows no indication of foul play in Person's death but, given the condition of the body when it was found, the official cause of death is undetermined, police said.
