GOLDSBORO — Authorities arrested a Goldsboro man and charged him with forgery and uttering.
Lenny Lamore Gardner, 42, was arrested after allegedly taking a check book from his employer and writing several checks on the account.
Gardner cashed two checks at locations in eastern Wayne County and one store in Greene County, authorities said. More charges could be pending.
Garnder is being held on a $1,200 secured bond.
