— Wayne County authorities are looking for Ashlee Michelle Davenport, 16.

Ashlee's parents, Mike Davenport and Michelle Edwards, told sheriff's deputies that she left her family home on Buck Swamp Road in Goldsboro early Monday wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray pants with monkeys on them and two-tone brown Sperry’s shoes.

Ashlee is approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall with blond hair and hazel eyes, her parents said.

The parents said Ashlee was recently diagnosed with a heart condition and needs to have medication.

Anybody with information on Ashlee's whereabouts is asked to contact Det./Sgt. Tammy Odom at 919-580-4065 or the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office at 919-731-1481.
