As we continue our month of restaurant giveaways in honor of Go Ask Mom's first anniversary, I'm excited to offer a $25 gift certificate to Pronto Pasta on Six Forks Road in Raleigh.

This locally owned and operated family-friendly restaurant features food that is fresh and fast. Sauces, soups, salad dressings and desserts are made from scratch in the restaurant daily. You'll find braised beef with marsala cream, bacon cheeseburger macaroni, southwestern chicken and smoked sausage penne and a "build a mac" option option where you can create your own dish. Beer and wine are available. (My personal faves are the primavera cavatappi and the chicken salad sandwich).

You'll also find fresh salads and soups plus a great kids menu. From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays at the restaurant, one kid eats for free from the kids menu for every adult entree purchased. Kids drinks are sold separately.
