This week on the WRAL Out and About Podcast, we get some details about the displays and how this event is coming together. We hear there will be some very special displays and don't be surprised if you recognize some of the displays from Pullen Park's Holiday Express. That event was canceled this year due to COVID-19 concerns, but the city is using some of those decorations at Nights of Lights.
