Gas leak forces Clayton High evacuation
Hundreds of students were taken to the new gymnasium at the school to get as far away from the leak as possible.
Posted — UpdatedCLAYTON, N.C. — A natural gas line behind the cafeteria at Clayton High School ruptured Thursday morning.
Hundreds of students were taken to the new gymnasium at the school to get as far away from the leak as possible.
No injuries were reported.
The school will reopen for classes Friday.
