<b>GARNER, N.C.</b> — A teenager has been charged with the death of a man found fatally shot inside his car over the weekend.

Police said a 19-year-old man was found dead in the vehicle near Vandora Springs Road and 7th Avenue at about 7:50 p.m. Sunday. A woman was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Ossiwald Lamont Moore, 16, of Garner was charged Friday with murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and sale and delivery of marijuana.

Authorities said they do not believe the shooting was random.
