DURHAM, N.C. — The 24th Annual Full Frame Documentary Film Festival kicks off Wednesday.

This year's festival is entirely online and will include film screenings, Q&As with filmmakers and panel discussions.

Running through Sunday, the festival includes 36 titles from 21 countries. There are 21 feature films and 15 short films with six world premieres, four North American premieres and five U.S. premieres.

“In a year unlike any other, we are grateful to the filmmakers for allowing us to be a part of celebrating their work,” Full Frame Artistic Director and Interim Festival Director Sadie Tillery said. “It’s hard to imagine an event without being together in downtown Durham, but Full Frame’s essence has always been rooted in the films themselves. Our venue may look different this year, but there is still so much to see and experience in these films that sparks our capacity for understanding.”

Festival passes are sold out but tickets for individual movie screenings and Q&As are available. Buy tickets and see a full lineup of events on the Full Frame website.
