After a big sell out show last last week in Durham, the Fresh Beat Band will return in September for a show at the downtown Raleigh Amphitheater on Sept. 29.

Tickets to the band's April 5 show at the Durham Performing Arts Center sold out within days last fall. When I wrote about it in January, a DPAC representative said the band, Nickelodeon's popular preschool music group and stars of the hit TV series of the same name, was hoping to reschedule another performance in the area.

Here it is!

Tickets for the 4 p.m., Sept. 29, Raleigh concert go on sale at 10 a.m., Friday, and start around $30 a piece (plus fees). Click here for details and to buy tickets.

Thank you to reader Regina for passing on the information. She also tells me that there is a presale code so you can get your tickets now. The code is BEATS, which worked for me a few minutes ago. (UPDATE ... looks like the presale just ended).

If this concert is anything like the Durham one, I expect the tickets to go fast.
