Rex Healthcare is celebrating Heart Health Month with a number of giveaways including a FREE lunch or dinner at Sweet Tomatoes when you take the HeartAware assessment.   The assessment took me about 8 minutes to finish and the report it produced was interesting.
The assessment asks a number of health questions and then you'll receive a personalized report regarding your risk factors for heart disease. You can even get a free follow-up screening at Rex, if you qualify. Once you take the survey, you'll need to provide mailing information and your voucher will arrive in approximately 21 days. The Sweet Tomatoes voucher is valid at the Raleigh and Cary locations and is valued at $10 - $12.
There are a number of other events and giveaways sponsored by Rex this month including the following from their press release. You can find out information about all of these events on their website.
