NEW YORK — When the Four Seasons restaurant opens at its new location at 280 Park Ave., a mere three blocks from its original setting in the Seagram Building, there will be new faces in the kitchen.
Alex von Bidder and Julian Niccolini, the partners, have hired Diego Garcia, who was until recently the executive chef and a former partner at Gloria, an intimate and well-regarded seafood restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen, to be their chef de cuisine.
Pecko Zantilaveevan, a Four Seasons veteran who was executive chef when the restaurant closed in 2016, will remain in that role.
Bill Yosses, the White House pastry chef from 2007 to 2014, will be the executive pastry chef. He also has a pie company, Perfect Pie.
The opening is planned for midsummer.
