Four people were injured in a three-car wreck along Highway 70 in Johnston County Saturday evening.

<b>JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C.</b> — Four people were injured in a three-car wreck at 12830 U.S. Highway 70 West in Johnston County Saturday evening.

Deputies said one person was pinned in a car for one hour before being extracted.

The four people were taken to a hospital for medical treatment.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
