Four dogs die in mobile home fire, Fayetteville Fire Department investigates

According to Fayetteville Fire Department, four dogs died in a fire Saturday night.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Four dogs were found dead after a mobile home caught fire Saturday evening in Fayetteville.

According to the Fayetteville Fire Department, units arrived around 6:30 p.m. at 1131 Merry Maple lane, where the discovery was made once the fire was contained.

No one was in the home when the fire broke out.

The scene is still under investigation by the Fayetteville Fire Investigation Team and has been declared a total loss.
