Four caught at Goldsboro school break-in

Wayne County deputies caught four people, three of them juveniles, Sunday evening on the campus of Rosewood Elementary School.

GOLDSBORO, N.C. — Wayne County deputies caught four people, three of them juveniles, Sunday evening on the campus of Rosewood Elementary School, at 126 Charlie Braswell Road.

Deputies said the four had broken into a building owned by Rosewood Elementary Youth Sports and had taken approximately $216 worth of merchandise. The total loss due to damage to the building and equipment stored there was estimated at $1,100.

William Raymond Richards IV, 16, of 503 Holland Hills, was charged with breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods. He was released under a $50,000 unsecured bond. The three juveniles were released to their parents and will be charged by juvenile petitions.
