<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A former YMCA employee pleaded guilty Friday to three counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor. The offenses allegedly took place at an after-school program at Jones Dairy Elementary School in March 2006.

Justin Eugene Taylor will serve 60 days in jail followed by probation. The judge agreed to Taylor's request to serve his probation in Iowa after his jail term is complete.
