Fit4Mom Midtown Raleigh is launching a new class for expecting moms in Wake Forest called Prenatal Fit4Baby.

Fit4Baby is designed specifically for moms-to-be, according to the description. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare expecting moms for the many changes they will experience during pregnancy. They can begin the program at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and designed to accommodate a woman's changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation.

Fit4Mom Midtown Raleigh will host a free open house classes this Sunday. It's also getting ready to launch an online program called MamaWell for moms across the Triangle.

Much more information, including details about the free open houses, are on Fit4Mom Midtown Raleigh's website. Space in the open houses are limited, so be sure to sign up soon.
