Firefighters save man trapped in Clayton house fire
A man was injured Monday night when he got trapped in his Clayton home after it caught fire.

CLAYTON, N.C. — A man was injured Monday night when he got trapped in his Clayton home after it caught fire.
Fire crews responded to the house on Grovewood Drive after the fire was reported. Flames were visible when firefighters arrived on scene, officials said.
Firefighters went into the burning building to save the man who was trapped inside. He was taken out of the burning house and taken to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries.
