Firefighters Battle Fire at Raleigh Paper Plant
Firefighters battled a blaze Sunday morning at International Paper. Duct work at the 2215 S Wilmington St. warehouse caught fire at about 11 a.m.
Posted — UpdatedRALEIGH, N.C. — Firefighters battled a blaze Sunday morning at International Paper in Raleigh.
Duct work at the 2215 S Wilmington St. warehouse caught fire at about 11 a.m.
Firefighters were able to cut away some duct work to quickly extinguish the blaze.
The 50 employees inside the building were evacuated.
No one was injured.
The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
