Emergency crews responded to a fire at Martin Street Groceries in Raleigh, which has been closed for 10 months, according to authorities.

A Raleigh police officer called 911 after spotting the fire around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday at 1016 E. Martin St.
Crews arrived to find fire showing from the roof. About 70 percent of the building was damaged, according to the Raleigh Fire Department.
One firefighter suffered a small burn to the face due to falling embers, according to the fire report.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
