<b>BUNNLEVEL, N.C.</b> — Firefighters in Harnett County are trying to determine how a fire started at an empty home.

Before 4 a.m., crews responded to a home on fire on Ervin McNeill Street near Sanderfer Road in Bunnlevel.

Firefighters said it appeared that the fire started in the back of the home, but the entire structure was damaged.

No one was living in the home, crews said, and no one was injured in the fire.

Firefighters were working to determine how the fire started by piecing the house back together.
