Fire damages Cary apartment complex

Cary, N.C. — One unit was damaged during a fire at a Cary apartment complex Friday, Town of Cary spokeswoman Susan Moran said.

The fire caused an entire building at the Misty Woods apartment complex, located at 108 Rubin Court,  to be evacuated temporarily. No injuries were reported.

Around 5:20 p.m. firefighters got the call about a blaze in the kitchen of one apartment. Officials are not sure how the fire started.
