A fire in a wooded area burned about 200 acres in Harnett County on Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.

CAMERON, N.C. — A fire in a wooded area burned about 200 acres in Harnett County on Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.
The blaze broke out in Cameron along Ponderosa Trail near North Carolina Highway 27 and threatened homes near the Ponderosa Golf Course.
As of 8 p.m., 30 percent of the fire was contained.
There were no reports of injuries. It is unknown what started the blaze.
