Fayetteville slaying suspect still on loose

Fayetteville, N.C. — Two weeks have passed since a Fayetteville man was shot and killed and the suspect is still on the loose, police said Tuesday.
Rinald Anthony Jackson, 28, is wanted on a first-degree murder charge in the Feb. 16 death of Patrick Donte Lloyd, 27, of White Oak. Police said Lloyd was found shot to death inside a home at 108 Facility Drive.
Jackson, who also goes by Cuervo, has a distinguishing tattoo between his eyes, police said. He is known to frequent the areas of Murchison Road and Colony Place Apartments.
Police cautioned that Jackson is armed and dangerous. He has previous convictions for assault inflicting serious injury, assault on a policeman, possession of a firearm by a felon and selling drugs, according to state Department of Correction records.
