Fayetteville police seek men accused in robbery

Fayetteville police are seeking the public's help in identifying two men accused of a robbery on Pilot Avenue.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two men accused of a robbery on Pilot Avenue.

Police said the robbery happened shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday. The victim told police he was walking when he was robbed by two men. The robbers took two credit cards, and a short time later attempted to withdraw cash from an ATM on Rosehill Road.

The first man was described as black with a light skin tone, about 6 feet tall and 175 pounds. He is between 16 and 25 years old.

The second robber was described as a black man with a dark skin tone. He is between 6 feet tall and 6-foot-3 and 190s pounds, and is between 24 and 32 years old.
