Fayetteville police locate missing teen
Police on Thursday announced that a teenage boy missing since December has been located.

Justus Banks, 14, is described as a black male with brown hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 10 inches and weighs 140 pounds.
Banks was last seen on Dec. 27 along the 6400 block of Rutherglen Dr.
