Herman, 17, was not injured in the wreck and fled the scene. He was later arrested at his home.

Herman was charged with driving while impaired, driving after drinking under 21, felony hit and run, felony injury by motor vehicle, reckless driving and driving without a license. He was in the Cumberland County jail Tuesday under a $21,000 secured bond.

No other information was released.
