Fayetteville police officer involved in wreck

Fayetteville, N.C. — A Fayetteville police officer was involved in a wreck with a civilian driver on Monday, officials said.
His K9 was not in the car at the time of the crash.
The wreck happened at the intersection of Elk Road and Legion Road in Hope Mills.
The officer was not injured in the incident, and the other driver was not seriously injured.
