Fayetteville police have launched a suspicious death investigation after the body of a 71-year-old man was found inside a car on Orlando Street.
Posted — UpdatedFAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police have launched a suspicious death investigation after the body of a 71-year-old man was found inside a car on Orlando Street.
Shortly before 5 p.m., officers were called to the 500 block of Orlando Street, near Burnett Avenue, about a suspicious vehicle. They found a man deceased inside.
Authorities later identified the man as August Allen Hosack.
The investigation is ongoing, police said. No other information was released.
