Fayetteville police asking for help finding robbery suspect

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville officers are asking for the public's help identifying a robbery suspect.

On Aug. 28, around 7 a.m., the man picture above entered the Exxon Mobile gas station, on 3408 Murchison Road.

The suspect pointed a gun at the clerk while demanding money. Officers said the suspect was last seen running down Murchison Road.

The suspect is described as about 5-foot-7 and 20 to 30 years old. He was wearing a red Chicago Bulls logo hat, patterned face mask, long black shorts and white shoes.
