— A Fayetteville man won the last $100,000 prize on the North Carolina Education Lottery's Loaded ticket game.

Dennis McIver Jr. purchased his winning $20 ticket from the Han-Dee Hugos on Country Club Drive in Fayetteville, a press release said.

After federal and state tax withholdings, McIver took home nearly $71,000 of cash.

The $10,000 loaded game launched in October 2019, a press release said. The game has three $100,000 prizes, and three top prizes of $4 million. One prize of $4 million has yet to be won.
