Fayetteville man shot in both legs

Bullets struck a man in both legs during a shooting in Fayetteville Friday afternoon, police said.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Bullets struck a man in both legs during a shooting in Fayetteville Friday afternoon, police said.

Kendell Strange was shot near Link and B streets around 4:30 p.m., police said. Witnesses said the shooter left in a car heading toward Eastern Boulevard.

Strange was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Police said his wounds were not life-threatening.

No arrests have been made.
