FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Fayetteville man released under bond for allegedly possessing child pornography is back in jail after investigators found dozens of additional photographs and videos on his home computer.

Russell Henry Biathrow, 49, of 1556 Tony Drive, was charged Friday with 25 counts of second-degree exploitation of a minor and 25 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Deputies arrested Biathrow last week on one count each of the above charges and was released under a $10,000 unsecured bond.

After further examination of his computer, detectives confirmed Biathrow was in possession of large volumes of photographs of children – ranging in age from infancy to approximately 15 years old – engaging in sexual acts.

Biathrow was being held at the Cumberland County Detention center under $375,000 secured bond, and is expected to make his first court appearance Monday.
