FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Georgia man has been charged with murder after a Fayetteville man was found dead in the trunk of his car last week.

The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia said they responded to a missing person call at 311 Chimney Trace Drive at about 7:35 a.m. on June 20.

Upon arrival, deputies located Anthony Woschula, 34, who fled on foot. When Woschula was taken into custody, authorities said he told deputies that Victor Clark, 57, of Fayetteville, was in the trunk of a vehicle located at Whitley Road and Kilcrease Road in Gwinnett County.

Deputies located the gold Toyota Camry and found Clark’s body in the trunk.

Woschula was charged with murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, concealing the death of another person and tampering with evidence.

He was being held at the Barrow County Detention Center without bond.
