Fayetteville man faces child sex charges

Fayetteville, N.C. — Cumberland County investigators have charged a Fayetteville man with 10 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Francisco Noriega Cruz, 38, of 818 Rumford Place, was arrested after investigators found child pornography videos stored on a home computer, authorities said.
