Fayetteville Man Charged With Sex Crimes Against Girl, 13

Cumberland County Sheriff’s detectives have charged a Fayetteville man with engaging in sexual acts with a 13-year-old girl.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Cumberland County Sheriff’s detectives have charged a Fayetteville man with engaging in sexual acts with a 13-year-old girl.

Jose Antonio Quintanilla, 26, of 1741 Wellons Drive, allegedly went into the girl’s house without her parents' knowledge, police said.

Quintanilla was charged with five felony charges of statutory sex offense, three counts of taking indecent liberties with a child, three counts of crimes against nature and two counts of breaking and entering.

He was being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $132,000 secured bond.

His first court appearance was scheduled for Friday in the detention center.
