Fayetteville man charged with raping 4-year-old
A Fayetteville man posted bond Thursday after being arrested on charges of raping a 4-year-old girl.
Posted — UpdatedFAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Fayetteville man posted bond Thursday after being arrested on charges of raping a 4-year-old girl.
Fayetteville Police Youth Services detectives arrested James Knight, 56, of the 1300 block of Worstead Drive, on Thursday after a six-month-long investigation.
Knight was charged with first-degree rape of a child, taking indecent liberties with a child and first-degree sex offense on a child.
He was released from the Cumberland County Detention Center after posting a $10,000 unsecured bond.
