FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Fayetteville man charged with murder in the death of his wife has been arrested in Las Vegas.
Marcquius Timmons-Moore, 43, was found dead in a home in the 700 block of York Road on Aug. 22. Authorities haven't disclosed how she died.
Police last month ruled her death a homicide and charged her husband, Michael John Moore Sr., 44, with first-degree murder.
Fayetteville police said Moore was arrested in Las Vegas on Sept. 2, but did not say how he was located.
Moore was extradited to North Carolina on Oct. 3 and was being held without bond in the Cumberland County jail.
