Fayetteville homicide victim identified; police searching for man believed to have info on death

Fayetteville, N.C. — Fayetteville police have identified a man found dead inside a car on Dec. 16.
Anthony Cogdell, 44, was found shot in the 1300 block of Jacob Street.
Police are now looking for 23-year-old Reginald Wedner, who is believed to have information on Cogdell's murder.
Wedner is also wanted on charges of felony larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen goods and felony breaking and entering of a motor vehicle in connection with the theft of a car belonging to Fayetteville Alzheimer's and Dementia Care?.
