FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A ceremony was held at Freedom Memorial Park in Fayetteville on Friday to honor prisoners who have returned from war.
A candlelight vigil was held in honor of the men and women still missing.
The ceremony had a 21-gun salute in tribute to those who fought in World War II.
It is the third year such a ceremony was held.
