A man walked into the RBC Bank branch on Ramsey Road at about 9:35 a.m. carrying a bag described by witnesses as looking like a woman’s purse, police said. He demanded money from a teller and then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The robber was described as black, 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-10 and weighing more than 200 pounds. He had light facial hair and possibly a mustache. He was wearing what appeared to be a dark-colored poncho, a long sleeved white shirt and a black stocking cap.
