RALEIGH, N.C. — There is plenty to do this week!

Monday

Triangle Restaurant Week (multiple locations) - This week-long event runs Monday, Jan. 20 through Sunday, Jan. 26.
A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood (multiple locations) - Celebrate kindness on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day with Mister Rogers.
Neil deGrasse Tyson (DPAC, 123 Vivian St., Durham) - The American astrophysicist, author and science communicator will speak at DPAC.

Dream Big Community Celebration (Rhythms Live Music Hall, 2020 Chapel Hill Road, Durham) - The event, held from 1 to 4 p.m., is part book drive, part concert, part food truck rodeo, part activity fair and part volunteer opportunity.
Cracker and Camper Van Beethoven (Cat's Cradle, 300 E. Main St., Carrboro) - The alt-rock and Americana band will play.

Tuesday

Blackalicious (Motorco Music Hall, 723 Rigsbee Avenue, Durham) - The singer is known as one of hip-hop's most progressive, forward-thinking creative forces.
Music Bingo (Woody's City Market, 205 Wolfe St., Raleigh) - Instead of the numbers, play the hits.
Three Dog Night (Carolina Theatre of Durham, 309 W. Morgan St., Durham) - The Los Angeles-based rock band will play in Durham.

Wednesday

Trophy Tap + Table Anniversary Party (225 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh) - There will be complimentary bites and live jazz from The Hot Club of Raleigh and a special anniversary beer -- a strawberry-lemon sour with thyme.

Thursday

Yappy Hour (Clouds Brewing, 126 North West St., Raleigh) - Every Thursday from 5 p.m. to close, Clouds Brewing will serve a a specialty menu for pet owners and their dogs. Proceeds will go toward a different charity each month.
Jake Shimabukuro (Carolina Theatre of Durham, 309 W. Morgan St., Durham) - The ukulele playerand composer is known for his fast and complex finger work.
Ron Funches (Goodnights Comedy Club, W. Morgan St., Raleigh) - Funches lent his voice to projects like "Trolls," "Bob's Burgers," and "Adventure Time." His personal appearances include "Conan," "The Tonight Show," "Chopped," "Cupcake Wars" and many more. He'll perform through Saturday.

Friday

Downtown Raleigh Home Show (Raleigh Convention Center, 500 S. Salisbury St., Raleigh) - Just in time to keep up with those home improvement resolutions for 2020, the Downtown Raleigh Home Show returns to downtown Raleigh.

Roadtrip to Raleigh (Lincoln Theatre, 126 E. Cabarrus St., Raleigh) - American Aquarium will play two shows Friday and Saturday at Lincoln Theatre.
A Nest of Singing Birds (A.J. Fletcher Opera Theater, 2 East South St., Raleigh) - North Carolina ballad singers, along with musician and master of ceremonies Laura Boosinger, will share a night of songs and stories in a ballad circle format - the musicians will all share the stage together.
