Monday

Audacity Brass Band (Pour House Music Hall, 224 S. Blount Street, Raleigh) - This 10-piece New Orleans-style brass band has twisted the New Orleans sound into a brassy funk fusion explosion.
Smarty Pants Trivia Night (Ponysaurus Brewing, 219 Hood Street, Durham) - They'll test your knowledge of the useless information you learned watching Jeopardy, binge-watching Netflix and studying for high school geography. Be at the taproom no later than 6 p.m. to sign up.

Tuesday

Tedeschi Trucks Band: Wheels of Soul 2019 (Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek, 3801 Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh) - The band will be joined by Blackberry Smoke and Shovels and Rope.
Latin History for Morons (DPAC, 123 Vivian Street, Durham) - The "most totally unique show of the season" reveals American's unsung heroes throughout past and present - all told by Tony and Emmy Award winner John Leguizamo.
Rose Garden Party Music Series (Oakleaf, 310 East Main Street, Carrboro) - Sip tropical tiki drinks, refreshing wines or smooth cocktails while you watch the palms wave in the breeze and enjoy live music from 5 to 8 p.m.
Patio Pairing: Mezcal & Street Corn (Plates Neighborhood Kitchen, 301 Glenwood Ave #100, Raleigh) - Taste three fantastic Mezcals and enjoy a cob of corn stacked with Dukes mayo, house-made corn cheese, crystal cane syrup, micro leeks and chili cheese Fritos. Cost is $19.

Wednesday

The Royal Affair (Booth Amphitheatre, 8003 Regency Parkway) - This show is headlined by prog rock pioneers and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees YES.
Bumpin Uglies with TreeHouse (Pour House Music Hall, 224 S. Blount Street, Raleigh) - The bands feature East Coast ska, punk and reggae music.
Christmas in July: Deck the Hallmark Podcast (Raleigh Improv, 1224 Parkside Main Street, Cary) - The world fell in love with the guys from Deck the Hallmark Podcast in 2018 after they watched and reviewed all 38 new Hallmark Christmas movies and went viral thanks to an appearance on Good Morning America.
The New Mastersounds (Lincoln Theatre, 126 E. Cabarrus Street, Raleigh) - The New Mastersounds are a British four-piece jazz fusion and bluesy funk band from Leeds, England. Tickets are $17.

Thursday

Durham Bulls: Stranger Things Night (DBAP, 409 Blackwell Street, Durham) - The stadium will host its second annual Stranger Things Night, this time in honor of everyone's favorite child with psychokinetic and telepathic abilities. Obviously the game will start at 7:11, and there will be plenty of waffles to go around.
Dierks Bentley (Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek, 3801 Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh) - The country star brings his Burning Man tour to Raleigh.
Raleigh Night Market (City Market, 214 E. Martin Street, Raleigh ) - This free event will showcase Raleigh's creativity inside historic Market Hall and under the beautiful lights and cobblestone streets of City Market.
Rob Thomas (Red Hat Amphitheater, 500 S. McDowell Street, Raleigh) - See the Matchbox Twenty frontman on stage at Red Hat Amphitheater.
Movies in the Garden (Louise "Scotty" Stephenson Amphitheatre at RLT, 301 Pogue Street, Raleigh) - Watch Mary Poppins returns under the stars. Concessions (including cold adult beverages provided by Raleigh Brewing) will be available for purchase. Food trucks will be at each show.

Friday

Durham Bulls: Friday Night Fireworks (DBAP, 409 Blackwell Street, Durham) - End your week by checking out the biggest fireworks show in the region with Friday Night Fireworks following every Friday home game.
A fireworks show dazzles the crowd of 11,536, the third largest in the park's history, following Durham's win over Norfolk Saturday, August 24, 2013 at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham, NC.
Upstairs at Goodnights: Late Night Dip (Goodnights, 861 W. Morgan Street, Raleigh) - This bucket-style open mic night starts at 10:30 p.m.
Women's Theatre Festival (Downtown Raleigh) - WTF 2019 is a weekend of creating, producing and promoting extraordinary theatre by women and other marginalized genders. the festival, held at multiple venues around downtown Raleigh, features workshops, panels, keynotes, mentorship, networking and more.
