RALEIGH, N.C. — There is plenty to do in the Triangle this week! We found dinners, Mardi Gras parties, performances and much more.

Monday

Cooking for a Classic (1705 East, 1705 E. Millbrook ROAd, Raleigh) - This six-course dinner fundraiser returns tonight. Enjoy creative dishes and vote anonymously for your favorites to help crown a winning local chef. The event benefits the Lucy Daniels Center.
Open Mic Mondays (North Street Beer Station, 521 W. North Street, Raleigh) - Open mic night starts at 7 p.m.

Tuesday

Durham Mardi Gras (Downtown Durham) - The area's largest Mardi Gras celebration and kicks off at 7 p.m. at CCB Plaza. By 7:30 p.m., the parade gets to Rigsbee Avenue, where a block party will begin. There will also be five stages with live music. Admission is free.
Mardi Gras Party w/ Boom Unit Brass Band, The Balkun Brothers (The Pour House, 224 S Blount St, Raleigh) - Celebrate Mardi Gras with the Triangle's favorite brass band at The Pour House in downtown Raleigh.

James Bay (DPAC, 123 Vivian Street, Durham) - The three-time Grammy Award-nominated and Brit Award-winning multiplatinum singer-songwriter will be hit the stage as part of his Electric Light Tour.
Cooking for a Classic (1705 East, 1705 E. Millbrook ROAd, Raleigh) - The dinner series returns tonight. Find tickets here.

Wednesday

90s Music Bingo (Durty Bull Brewing, 206 Broadway Street, Durham) - Can you make it through four rounds of 90's music bingo? This event starts at 7 p.m.
PBS Brew Day (Bombshell Beer Company, 120 Quantum Drive, Holly Springs) - This all-day event supports the Pink Boots Society, which celebrates women in brewing. There will be snacks, lunch and beer. Men are welcome!
Garden Bros. Circus (Dorton Arena, 1025 Blue Ridge Road, Raleigh) - This two-day event features breathtaking special effects, concert style sound and lighting and 3 rings bursting with Chinese acrobats, aerial artists, racing camels, clowns and more. There is also food and a kids zone.

Thursday

Big Head Todd & the Monsters (The Ritz, 2820 Industrial Drive, Raleigh) - The Colorado rock band plays The Ritz at 7:30 p.m.
The Joy Formidable
The Joy Formidable (Kings, 14 W. Martin Street, Raleigh) - The Joy Formidable is a Welsh alternative rock band formed in 2007 and based in London, England.
La Experiencia Latina (City of Raleigh Museum, 220 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh) - The special evening features 3 local chefs representing 3 different Latin American countries in celebration of the museum’s current exhibit, Al Norte Al Norte: Latino Life in North Carolina. Dessert will be provided by Escazu Chocolates, and there will be live music. Tickets are $75 a person and benefit the museum.

Friday

Cocktails and Craftivism (N.C. Museum of Art, 2110 Blue Ridge Road, Raleigh) - Raise a glass and your awareness at this late-night party that includes art making, performances and silent disco. Street food is included in the $20 tickets.

Love + Science (N.C. Museum of Life and Science, 433 W. Murray Avenue, Durham) - Experience the museum like never before with food, beverages, and hands-on science fun. Tickets are $20.
Carolina Ballet: Bernstein and Robbins (A.J. Fletcher Opera Theater, 2 East South Street, Raleigh) - Icons of classical music and ballet, as well as Broadway, we will be reviving their Fancy Free – the ballet that changed American dance forever. Performances run through March 24.
