Monday

Durham Bulls Senior Appreciation Day (DBAP, 409 Blackwell Street, Durham) - This game will honor local senior citizens.
Open Mic Mondays (North Street Beer Station, 521 W. North Street, Raleigh) - This all-talent open mic features great beer and musicians.

Tuesday

Bingo in the Garden (Eastcut Sandwich Bar, 3211 Old Chapel Hill Road, Durham) - This free event starts at 6 p.m., but players can drop in anytime. Winning cards choose between free wings or brussels sprouts.
Garbage (The Ritz, Industrial Drive, Raleigh) - See the rock band at 8 p.m.
Beatles vs. Stones (Raleigh Memorial Auditorium, 2 E. South Street, Raleigh) - Two of the greatest bands of all time face off in a high-energy, adrenaline-pumping musical showdown. The Fab Four, represented by tribute band Abbey Road, will engage in a barrage of hits against premier Rolling Stones tribute band Satisfaction.

Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (DPAC, 123 Vivian Street, Durham) - The musical tells the inspiring true story of King’s remarkable rise to stardom, from being part of a hit songwriting team with her husband Gerry Goffin, to her relationship with fellow writers and best friends Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann, to becoming one of the most successful solo acts in popular music history. Shows run through Sunday.

Wednesday

Beehive: The 60's Musical (Kennedy Theater, 2 E. South Street, Raleigh) - "Beehive" is the ultimate celebration of 1960's female empowerment and features timeless classics like "My Boyfriend's Back," "Be My Baby," "Son of a Preacher Man," and "Me and Bobby McGee." Shows run through May 19.
Mint Julep Jazz Band (Booth Amphitheatre, 8003 Regency Parkway, Cary) - The band will play at 5:30 p.m. as part of the venue's spring jazz series.
Night Ranger (Carolina Theatre of Durham, 309 W. Morgan Street, Durham) - The rock band will perform at 8 p.m. Tickets start around $50.

Thursday

Midtown Beach Music Series (North Hills, Raleigh) - Legacy Motown Revue will play from 6 to 9 p.m. as part of this free series.
Midtown Beach Music Series
Live in the District (Park West Village, 3400 Village Market Place, Morrisville) - This is another free weekly music series. Enjoy live music from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
Local Band, Local Beer (Pour House Music Hall, 224 S. Blount Street, Raleigh) - Tonight's show features State Birds.

Friday

Thrive NC (downtown Raleigh) - The festival features more than 60 of the area's best restaurants serving food and drink samples, live entertainment and chef demonstrations. Tickets are $30, and all proceeds will be donated to local non-profits that address food insecurity in our community.
Lizzo (The Ritz, Industrial Drive, Raleigh) - See this singer, songwriter and rapper.
Earth, Wind and Fire (Red Hat Amphitheater, 500 S. McDowell St., Raleigh) - The legendary music group plays Raleigh at 7 p.m.
