RALEIGH, N.C. — It's another busy spring week in the Triangle!

Monday

Bark in the Park (DBAP, 409 Blackwell Street, Durham) - At this popular event, dogs are allowed in specific sections of the DBAP. The next Bark in the Park events are May 15 and June 12.

Johnny Marr (Lincoln Theatre, 126 E Cabarrus St, Raleigh) - Johnny Marr is an English musician, songwriter and singer, best known as the guitarist and – with Morrissey – co-songwriter of the Smiths, who were active from 1982 to 1987.

Tuesday

A Murder for Two (A.J. Fletcher Opera Theater, 2 E. South Street, Raleigh) - Everyone’s a suspect in this hilarious musical murder mystery with a twist! 2 performers play 13 roles—not to mention the piano—in a witty and winking homage to old-fashioned murder mysteries. Shows run through May 5.
The Big Strong Arms (Pour House Music Hall, downtown Raleigh) - Doors open at 7 p.m. The show, also featuring Sound System Seven and Shrub(b).
Music Bingo (Woody's at City Market, 205 Wolfe Street, Raleigh) - Test your music knowledge and bingo skills starting at 7 p.m.

Wednesday

The Big Marketing Pub Quiz (Tobacco Road Brewing, 505 W. Jones Street, Raleigh) - Enjoy food, drink and five action-packed rounds of brainteasers in marketing, pop culture, history, strategy, and more. This game is a fundraiser for StepUp. Tickets are $10.
Bull City Strong Day (DBAP, 409 Blackwell Street, Durham) - The Durham Bulls will host Bull City Strong Day on Wednesday, May 1 in response to the accidental explosion that took place in Durham on April 10. First responders will receive a complimentary ticket to the 10:35 a.m. contest, and a portion of ticket proceeds from the initiative will be donated to the Durham One Fund.
Gangstagrass (Motorco Music Hall, 723 Rigsbee Ave., Durham) - This band combines bluegrass and hip hop. Tickets are $15 day of.

Thursday

Ladies Night (and Day) Out (downtown Hillsborough) - Sip, shop and dine! Over 35 businesses are participating in this downtown-wide event. Shops will stay open late and provide refreshments, restaurants and pubs will run specials, and activities like tours and workshops are planned all day.
Hardcastle and Jet Black Alley Cat (Kings, 14 W. Martin Street, Raleigh) - The cover for this show, starting at 8 p.m., is $10.
Live in the District (Park West Village, 3400 Village Market Place, Morrisville) - This shopping center hosts free, live music in front of the movie theater weekly through June 13. Music runs from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Friday

First Friday Soul Line Dancing (West Social Club, 400 N. West Street #110, Raleigh) - Line dancing is a great way to have fun with friends and meet new people, and you can learn between 6:30 and 9:30 p.m. on First Friday. There will also be giveaways and business networking.

Cheers for a Cause (Hyatt Place Raleigh West, 710 Corporate Center Drive) - This silent auction and fundraiser benefits Abby's Army, a local nonprofit foundation dedicated to supporting families affected by pediatric cancer.
Fridays on the Front Porch (Carolina Inn, 211 Pittsboro Street, Chapel Hill) - This free, popular end-of-the-week celebration in Chapel Hill features crafted cocktails, live music and food trucks.
