Estimated 716 people without power in Nash County

Duke Energy reported 2,094 customers were without power Wednesday morning in the Spring Hope area of Nash County near U.S. 64.
According to Duke Energy, the outage was caused by fallen trees or limbs damaging equipment.
The outage was reported at 5:37 a.m. By 6:39 a.m. Duke Energy said only 716 residents were without power.
Estimated time of recovery is 8:15 a.m.
